Red Barn's Own Contry Ham with Southern Carolina Mustard Glaze


  • 1 cup of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • A dash of hot sauce



Whisk in a sauce pan over medium high heat until the sauce comes to a boil & reduce to a low simmer, whisking often for 15 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold as a glaze or dipping sauce!
