$2400 raised for youth mental health
Local Donation to Youth Mental Health
On September 27th of this year we celebrated the 1st anniversary of our Sandown store in North Saanich. At the event we held a BBQ to support Shoreline Medical Society Youth Clinic in Sidney, BC.
Thanks to everyone’s support and many burgers and smokies purchased, we were able to raise $2400!
This donation will help local youth access confidential, no-cost health care and mental health support right here in our community.
About Shoreline Medical Society’s Youth Clinic
Our clinic is free! The Youth Clinic is located at our Sidney clinic and operates on Thursday nights from 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm for Mental and Sexual Health education (there is no physician scheduled). We offer youth appointments with a physician on Fridays from 10:00 am – 12:00pm.
